To start, I found this resort on Booking because of a deal that was active. My sister wanted to spend part of our trip at a spa resort and this one seemed to have great ratings. Sidenote: We never actually made it to the spa. We arrived to the area, with no idea what Scottsdale is. Apparently, it’s where the rich of Arizona stay! We pull up to valet (which you don’t have to have) and we’re pampered from that moment on. We were checking a bit early and they accommodated us by upgrading our room, for free (our original room wasn’t ready yet). The property is about 6 acres. We were taking through the property on a golf cart, which was a blessing with the 100 degree temperature. This doesn’t include the free gifts were we given, because of the occasion. Without making this too long, the staff, food, pool (which was never “busy”) and ambience is out of this world. After a bit of research, this seems to be one of the best Omni hotel/resorts in the states. Food/restaurants on campus are decently priced (about $16 for fish tacos & $7 for a tall iced latte). But if you want to focus your money elsewhere, all the food chains and local stores are nearby.

Lovely resort and great room. A gorgeous setting facing Mummy Mtn. The service and hospitality was impeccable, including the housekeeping mgr’s willingness to makeup our room using no bleach products. Our sheets, pillowcases and linens (towels, etc) were clean of any bleach smell. From the valet attendants (who stand under an umbrella in the summer heat, 100+ degrees) who are friendly and efficient to all other employees we interacted with during our stay, everyone offered a pleasant greeting. Not sure we can afford the high season nightly rates, however, we’d love to make this Omni our “home-away-from home” every visit to Scottsdale.

The staff went above and beyond. See our house burnt down we lived at the hotel for about two weeks with our Dog Willa, your staff was incredible, they were very accommodating for all our needs under such horrible circumstance. We are so grateful to Each and everyone the dinning staff , bar tenders were so kind and very concerned for us. We will always come to visit and dine to say hello to all our new friends. Front desk were amazing as well, always trying to look out for us and our needs. We will always remember the care and friendships we have gained at your hotel. Thank you

The room was huge(we had a Resort Room with 2 Queen Beds), and we were offered an upgrade for free but declined it as we were more than happy with what wwe were getting. It was at the back of buildings near the pool , and although the music at the pool was exceptionally loud we didn't hear a thing in the room. It was one of the most spacious hotel rooms I've stayed in. The beds were large and very clean and comfortable .The Prado restaurant had good meals at reasonable prices . Staff were reasonably quick at serving both in the bar and restaurant and very helpful.

Boutique resort style-spa like hotel. Very relaxing and enjoyable. You don’t have to fight the crowds in this gorgeous property. The hotel employees are very helpful and friendly and all seem to love working for Omni which shows in the way they treat their guests. Very close to Camelback so great for hiking and Paradise Valley location is perfect. But it’s not for people who need constant activity from the hotel like golf, tennis, biking, and 10 restaurants. If you love comfort, relaxation, fantastic service, this is your place.
